I've spent 10 years in Illinois real estate. I started as a Realtor in Rockford, and in 2023 I moved to Elgin and the Fox River Valley. This region has a character all its own — the river, the neighborhoods that each feel like their own small town, the mix of families building something here — and I fell in love with it.
Most of my clients are first-time buyers or homeowners ready to make a move — and most of them come to me thinking they're not financially ready yet. I help them understand where they actually stand: credit scores, savings targets, debt-to-income ratios, what lenders really look for. I've spent years studying personal finance so I can give my clients a clear picture of their options before we ever set foot in a house. This is one of the biggest financial decisions of their life, and they deserve to walk into it feeling prepared — not overwhelmed.
I work in English and Spanish, which matters more than people realize. Real estate contracts have real consequences. I want every client to understand exactly what they're signing, in the language they think in.
